Order changes & cancellations

ORDER CHANGES.

To make any changes to your order please email orders@linenhouse.com.au as soon as possible. Please note that any changes made to your order will not appear to your order in the account dashboard. For a confirmation of the change please request this at time of order change.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER.

Once you have cancelled your order, a cancellation notification will be emailed to our support team. Providing your order hasn't been processed and you haven't received your shipment notice, you order will successfully cancelled. If we cannot cancel your order, some one will be in contact with you to advise. If your order has already been shipped, Linen House will not be acountable for organising the return of goods.
